Be A Servant

And what does a SERVANT do?

He/she does “The Next Task”.
He/she does what is available and ready for him/her to do.
Those without such an attitude resist getting their hands dirty.
They never want to get involved in the messy part of working with people.
They always want the polished part and the popular part.
But, the TOUGH Stuff behind the scenes?
Well, give that to someone else.
God, however, will use our failures and setbacks to cultivate within us,
a SERVANT’s HEART.
That is step one.
It is all part of the Process.

Some FACTS about LIFE!

1. The Valleys of Life (Adversities) Teach Us More Lessons Than The Mountains (Prosperity). Ecclesiastes says it is better to go to the house of mourning than that of feasting because you learn nothing or little from Pleasure. You learn more from PAIN.

2. LIFE IS A JOURNEY THAT MUST HAVE AN END SOMEDAY.
Are you getting ready for that end?

3. LIFE IS A MARKET WHERE WE BUY DIFFERENT THINGS.
What are you buying or selling? What will you be remembered for?

4. LIFE IS A SCHOOL WHERE WE WRITE DIFFERENT EXAMINATIONS/TESTS.
So, when the going gets TOUGH, hang on to GOD, STOP Crying and ask for GRACE to Excel.



THE WORLD NEEDS MEN

The World needs man/woman
Who cannot be bought
Whose Word is their bond
Who put character above wealth
Who possess opinions and a will
Who do not hesitate to take chances
Who will not lose their individuality in a crowd
Who will be a HONEST in SMALL THINGS as in great things
Who will make NO COMPROMISE with wrong
Whose ambitions are not CONFINED to their own selfish desires
Who will not say they do because everybody else does it
Who are true to their friends through sun and rain In adversity and in as well as in prosperity
Who are not AFRAID or ASHAMED to stand for the Truth when it is Unpopular
Who say “NO” with EMPHASIS, although the rest of the World says “YES”.
